Eric Sandate has worked in Bay Area real estate since 2005, bringing more than 20 years of experience to buyers and sellers throughout Burlingame, the Peninsula, and San Francisco. Over the course of his career, Eric has participated in more than 3,000 real estate transactions in roles ranging from Transaction Coordinator and contract trainer to Sales Agent and Broker Associate. That experience gives him a unique understanding of the contracts, disclosures, negotiations, and details that can make the difference in a successful real estate transaction. A Bay Area native, Eric has spent two decades working on the Peninsula and more than 13 years living in San Francisco.
