Eric Sandate
Eric Sandate, a Bay Area native, has deep roots in the region, having spent 20 years working on the Peninsula and over 13 years residing in San Francisco. Familiar with the diverse markets of the SF Bay Area, he considers the "101 Corridor" from Palo Alto to San Francisco as his home base. Eric extends his real estate services to clients in both San Mateo and San Francisco Counties.
His real estate career mirrors the diversity of his local market knowledge. Starting as a Transaction Coordinator for a top agent and their team, he progressed to become a licensed sales associate and later a Broker Associate. Over his career, Eric has contributed to over 3,000 real estate transactions in various roles, from Transaction Coordinator to Sales Agent and Broker Associate. This breadth of experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the nuances in many of the markets he serves in the Bay Area.
Covering a wide geographic area, Eric offers his clients extensive market knowledge, which proves invaluable in the buying and selling process.
Eric is an active member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors® and the San Mateo County Association of Realtors. He volunteers his time on the SF Standard Forms Committee, which plays a vital role in creating and maintaining contractual documents used in real estate transactions in San Francisco.
